How your information is handled
Mailbox credentials. Your IMAP address, server and password are sent over HTTPS for the current mailbox operation. The password is kept in memory only for that request and is not written to the customer or payment database.
Mailbox data. Message metadata needed to show the analysis is returned to your browser. The service does not intentionally retain message bodies. Operational logs exclude passwords, subjects and sender addresses.
Account and payment data. The service stores your account email, a one-way password hash, login sessions and payment/access status. Stripe processes card details; this service does not receive or store full card numbers.
Deletion and support. Before public launch, this page must be completed with the legal operator name, contact address, retention periods and the process for privacy requests.
